At Millbrook Primary School in Telford, our engineers have returned to site to continue the installation of fibre optics within a newly constructed building. This marks the second phase of work, following refurbishment within the main school building completed over the summer holidays. Meanwhile, our Cabinet and Backbone Audit programme for the Ministry of Justice estate is well underway. This nationwide rollout involves a full review and assessment of cabinet and backbone infrastructure across multiple sites. The audits will inform a wider project to introduce a new digital TV system running over both fibre and copper networks. By analysing what infrastructure can be retained and what requires replacement, our work ensures that future installations are efficient, compliant, and technically sound. It’s a perfect example of how C-Tech’s methodical approach supports large-scale national programmes with precision and reliability.

In the retail sector, our teams are conducting site surveys across the North East and Cumbria for a major national brand. These surveys are the first step in planning the installation of additional cabling that will support a new system set to launch in the new year. The work combines detailed data gathering with forward planning, ensuring our client can roll out new technology seamlessly across multiple locations.
